Sarah Q. Swain, '05
Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement
Sarah Swain joined the Advancement team in August 2013 as the Director of Annual Giving. During her time with the annual giving office, she worked with the student call team, lead the faculty-staff giving campaign to a 97% participation rate, and spearheaded efforts #CampbellTAGDay and Founders Week. In January 2016, she assumed the role of Assistant Vice President and works to engage alumni world-wide with their alma mater. Following her graduation from Campbell in 2005, Swain worked as an income development officer for the American Cancer Society in Eastern NC. She completed her Masters in Philanthropy and Development degree from LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia.

Tammi Fries joined the Advancement team in September 2015. Tammi will have a key role in coordinating donor communications, promoting recognition events, and increasing interactions with donors at all levels. A 2004 Campbell graduate, Tammi was a student-athlete for the volleyball program. Prior to her return to Campbell, Tammi spent nine years in collegiate athletics at institutions East Tennessee State University, Southern Illinois University, and Queens University of Charlotte.
Michael Little, '06
Director of Alumni Engagement
Michael Little was named Director of Alumni Engagement in May 2016. In this role, he coordinates regional engagement opportunities through local alumni association chapters and develops communication and social media strategies for the Office of Alumni Engagement. Prior to joining the alumni office, Michael served as an Assistant Director for Admissions with Campbell.

Nikki Gagliardi joined the Alumni Engagement team in July of 2016 as the Assistant Director to Alumni Engagement. She works as administrative support to the Assistant Vice President, Director of Alumni Engagement, and Director of Annual Giving. Nikki will also join Campbell University as an MBA student Fall of 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. Prior to her role at Campbell she worked in healthcare management as well as served the local Chamber of Commerce as a Board of Director.
