Local Alumni Chapters Host Send-Off Events

Seven Campbell University Alumni Chapters hosted incoming freshmen at Student Send-off events in their regions during the months of July and August.  The events were held locally by the following leadership teams:

  • Central Virginia Alumni Chapter
  • Cape Fear Alumni Chapter
  • Foothills Alumni Chapter
  • Charlotte-Metro Alumni Chapter
  • Lee County Alumni Chapter
  • Triangle Alumni Chapter
  • Harnett County Alumni Chapter

These events help to connect new Campbell students with their classmates, as well as local alumni and Campbell University staff. It is a great way to gain information and celebrate such an exciting time for these incoming students.

Save-the-Date for An Evening with J. Bradley Creed

Plans are in full swing for Campbell University President J. Bradley Creed to head back on the road to share an outline for his vision for the future of Campbell University. Dr. Creed held a similar outreach tour in 2015 where he traveled to more than a dozen cities, engaged with the Campbell community, and listened to many of your Campbell stories.

This year’s tour will feature personal stories from students and alumni, as well as Dr. Creed’s revamped strategy to increase scholarship opportunities and enhance student success and spur future growth.  All Campbell alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends are invited to attend.

Events are free, although pre-registration is required. For a complete listing of tour dates, locations and to learn more, visit
